Scotty Hollins Sr. is the Executive Director of Blueprint Tuscaloosa, where his mission is simple yet lasting: "Creating Discipleship Cycles That Never End." Through Blueprint's four core focuses - Blueprint Campus, Blueprint Character, Blueprint Career and Blueprint Speaks - Scotty is committed to helping young men grow in faith, character and purpose while equipping them to do the same for others.

For the past 17 years, Scotty has also served as an Assistant Chaplain for the University of Alabama's Football team and as the Head Chaplain for the Men's Basketball Team, walking alongside athletes as they pursue both Championships on the field and growth off the field. Whether mentoring students on campus, developing character in young leaders, guiding career discovery or Speaking to inspire change, Scotty's heart BEATS for making Disciples who make Disciples - so the Cycle never stops!
